Seventeen people have been arrested in Garden Grove, Orange County, California, after police shut down a coffee shop accused of operating as an illegal “bikini café,” authorities have confirmed.

The arrests followed an investigation into DD Café on McFadden Avenue, where officers reportedly found employees serving customers while wearing bikinis or appearing in various states of undress. Police said the operation violated multiple municipal regulations governing public decency, business operations, and alcohol control.

According to the Garden Grove Police Department, those arrested include two owners of the café, along with several employees and other individuals connected to the business. Law enforcement officials stated that the establishment breached city codes related to public nudity, licensing, and operational compliance.
