Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasir Idris, has extended warm Christmas greetings to Nigerians, urging citizens to pray for peace, unity, and national cohesion.

Describing the yuletide season as a period of joy, reflection, and the sharing of love, Governor Idris emphasized that it provides an opportunity for Nigerians to seek divine intervention for Kebbi State and the country at large.

He highlighted Nigeria’s multi-religious and multi-ethnic composition as a divine design intended to strengthen unity and peaceful coexistence, urging citizens to promote tolerance and mutual understanding as pillars of sustainable development.

In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Yahya Sarki, Governor Idris encouraged Nigerians to remain hopeful and confident that collective efforts from all tiers of government would improve economic and social conditions.

He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment, alongside that of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to steering Kebbi State and Nigeria toward progress, citing achievements in infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, and social empowerment over the past two years.
