A high-level delegation from the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) has paid a courtesy visit to Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko at his residence in Asokoro, Abuja.
The delegation, led by the Chairman of the ACF Board of Trustees, Alhaji Bashir Dalhatu (Wazirin Dutse), expressed appreciation for Senator Wamakko’s sustained contributions to the development and unity of Northern Nigeria. They noted that his leadership influence has remained strong from his tenure as Governor of Sokoto State to his current role in the Senate.
During the visit, the Forum’s leadership also briefed Senator Wamakko on preparations for the upcoming 25th anniversary of the ACF. It was recalled that Senator Wamakko chaired the organizing committee for the ACF’s 20th anniversary in 2020, which was later cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Alh. Ibrahim Sidi Bamalli – National Treasurer
- Alh. Ado Adatti Bamalli – Member, National Executive Committee
The meeting was described as cordial, with both sides emphasizing the importance of strengthening engagement across Northern leadership institutions.
