The ongoing of the Invest Nigeria 2024 International Business Conference and Expo has been a success so far with dynamic discussions and impactful networking opportunities.
The first day as witnessed by Newspot business reporter said the evrnt began with a welcome address by Mr. Gabriel Idahosa, President and Chairman of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), in which he welcomed guests from various sectors, including government officials, investors, business leaders, and policymakers from Nigeria and beyond.
Representing His Excellency, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, was the Hon. Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment, Senator John Owan Enoh. Also representing the Hon. Minister of Foreign Affairs was Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar OON, Director of Economic, Trade and Investment Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abuja. The Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, was represented by Hon. Akinyemi Ajigbotafe, Hon. Commissioner, Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment. These distinguished personalities, among many others, graced the conference with their participation, underscoring the event’s pivotal role in Nigeria’s economic landscape.
The exhibition booths buzzed with activity, featuring numerous exhibitors showcasing a wide array of products and services that reflect Nigeria’s diverse market.
