Among the top names on the Advocate Applicants list is Barr. Oluwole Tolulope Jimi-Bada, the current Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Osun State. Barr. Jimi-Bada was appointed Attorney General in July 2023 by Governor Ademola Adeleke. Since assuming office, he has led wide-ranging reforms in Osun’s justice sector—from decongesting correctional facilities to revamping court infrastructure and cracking down on gender-based violence. Known for his legal brilliance and administrative depth, Jimi-Bada is widely respected as both a courtroom advocate and a visionary policymaker.
Born in Ile-Ife, Jimi-Bada attended Moremi High School before earning his law degree at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
