We thank the Almighty God for a life well spent and lived in purpose, humility, and grace.
It is with deep gratitude to God and a sense of great loss that Newspot Nigeria announces the passing to glory of our Brother, Cousin, Nephew, Father, and Grandfather — Mr. Victor Oladipo Olajide ✝️, who slept in the Lord on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the age of 72.
Engr. Olajide came, fought, and conquered. A dedicated professional, spiritual man, and loving family patriarch, he left behind a legacy of excellence and faith. His life was a reflection of godliness, discipline, and service to humanity.
He is survived by his lovely wife, children, grandchildren, and siblings, including his immediate sister, Pastor Olatoun Olajide — a respected minister of the gospel at the Foursquare Gospel Church and a beloved friend of the Newspot Nigeria Editorial Board. Pastor Olajide’s enduring contributions and spiritual support to this platform have made this loss deeply personal to us.
At Newspot Nigeria, we join the family and friends in mourning this irreplaceable loss and celebrating the grace-filled journey of a true gentleman.
