The court issued the order on Tuesday, pending their arraignment on Wednesday.

The three workers, Ibrahim Olanrewaju, Fatimoh Adetola, and Adetu Adekunle, were charged with offences relating to the alleged assault of DSS officials while they were on duty at the Assembly complex on 17 February 2025.

DSS accused them of recording, cyberstalking, and circulating false information online to undermine law and order in Nigeria.
