Ukraine has damaged several industrial sites with a massive drone attack across various Russian regions.
The governor of the Saratov region, Roman Busargin, on Tuesday, via Telegram said two facilities had been hit, one in Saratov and one in the city of Engels, adding that there were no casualties.
Media reports indicate that a fuel depot, which had burned for five days after an impact last week, was hit again.
Newspot reports that Engels is located about 600 kilometres from the border with Ukraine.
Russian bombers regularly take off from the airbase there to attack Ukraine and the fuel depot that supplies them.
The attack was said to also have impacts in the Russian Republic of Tatarstan.
Republic head, Rustam Minnikhanov, stated that a fire broke out following a drone attack, but there was no serious damage.
Videos of a large fire raging at a liquefied gas facility near Kazan were circulating online.
Reports said three tanks had caught fire there.
The regional administrations of Tula, Oryol and Voronezh also confirmed attacks on their regions.
In Tula, several vehicles and commercial buildings were damaged.
In Oryol, 17 drones were shot down and there was no significant damage, governor Andrey Klychkov wrote on Telegram.
The governor of Voronezh also reported that drones had been downed without confirming any damage.
