Bayelsa Queens chairman, Robin Angonimi Apreala, has expressed satisfaction with the team’s preparation for the 2024-25 Nigeria Women Football League(NWFL) season.
Apreala said that the team will be ready for the rigorous nature of the season.
“I’m so happy with what I am seeing with the girls, it shows they are ready for business’, Apreala stated after the team’s training session at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa.
“I give kudos to the technical crew for the way they are handling the team with renewed energy to get result.
“We still have to make sure the players are physically, mentally and emotionally sound before the start of the new season.
“I must say I am impressed with what is going on.”
Newspot reports that a date for the new season is yet to be announced by the organisers.
