It has been a very solid start to the season for Villa, sitting fifth in the Premier League table with 14 points from seven games.
The Villains have also returned to the Champions League impressively, beating Young Boys and then Bayern Munich in their opening European contests.
Emery has been struggling with a number of injury headaches despite these good results, but the fitness issues are clearing.
The Spaniard says Tyrone Mings and Boubacar Kamara are now available again, as are Onana, Konsa and McGinn, with goalkeeper Robin Olsen the only player out.
On Mings and Kamara, Emery told a press conference on Friday: ‘They are getting better. Kamara and Mings this match they are available and they are going to travel with us to Fulham.
‘McGinn is training this week normally with us and he’s feeling good. Konsa as well, he’s feeling good. Jaden [Philogene] is feeling good.
‘I think it’s the first time this year we are more or less every player is available to play.
‘Only still being out, but he’s training with us not 100 per cent, is Robin Olsen he’s not in the squad. But the other players they are available and it’s good news.’
Also available this weekend is Jhon Duran, who is still waiting for his first Premier League start of the season despite scoring four goals off the bench.
The 20-year-old also scored for Colombia during the international break and Emery says he is planning to hand Duran a start in the coming matches.
‘I am thinking in him how with his process here and how he is progressing how important it is for him to start in these matches. Maybe tomorrow or maybe in the next games we play,’ said Emery of Duran. ‘He’s ready and his next challenge is coming.
‘Jhon Duran’s performances have been very good for us, playing minutes and getting more minutes for him. I think this month is the same.’
Villa have enjoyed their recent meetings with Fulham, winning their last three encounters and five of the last six.
