Transfer: Real Betis snap up Falconets star Kalu

Falconets midfielder Chinyere Kalu has signed for Spanish club Real Betis Balompie, Newspot reports.

Kalu put pen to paper on a two-year contract until 2026.

The youngster was a member of the Falconets squad at the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

The 19-year-old also once represented Nigeria at the U-17 level.

Kalu once had stints with clubs in Nigeria, including Martins White Dove FC, Osun Babes FC, Rivers Angels FC and Nasarawa Amazons FC.
