A mother-son reunion has tugged at the heartstrings of netizens, as the little boy struggled to recognize his own mother.
The mother of the little boy, @veragold7 posted a video of herself finally reuniting with her son after 8 long years.
The child who is only 10-years-old was unable to recognize his mother, as he would have been only 2 years old when they had initially separated.
As seen in the video, he looked visibly confused as he struggled to recognize the woman hugging him, and calling herself his mother.
The lady however was not discouraged by his reaction and continued to beam with joy while holding him close to her, as if she would never let him go again. She expressed her sentiments in the caption of the video which stated;
“God will do it for you. My sister you will see them. Am so happy right now. I don finally see my son after 8 years I left him God thank you. October 10 is his birthday. He will be 10 years”
