The “Grand Finale” of the Democratic Convention in Chicago addressed by many national icons and celebrities namely Oprah Winfrey, Michelle and Barrack Obama, Hillary and Bill Clinton, the Reverend Al Sharpton and the 5 Central Park Joggers that Donald Trump had recommended for execution.
Those icons have surely made the case to buttress Kamala Harris and her running mate Governor and Coach Tim Walz.
The Convention was as good as it gets and it surely achieved its ultimate goal and mission to stop Donald Trump in his tracks for wanting to turn the Bastion of Democracy and the best experiment in Human History into an effigy of herself and a Pariah State.
Kamala Harris has surely proved her mettle as a Public Prosecutor who is best equipped and qualified to make the case to slay or decapitate Gorgon the Medusa that Donald Trump has become and to finally become the first female black President of the United States.
It is an Election that should normally have ended at 70 to 30 percent defeat for Trump but which may not, because of the huge division and polarization that Donald Trump has caused the nation during his 4 years of the Locust using the Bully Pulpit of the White House.
The Election could predictably end at 52 to 46 percent in favor of Kamala when all is said and done if the election is free and fair and if the Psychopath and pathological liar is not allowed to turn the election into an exercise in futility, retribution, violence and bloodbath he has promised and which he is quite capable of delivering, given his track record of January 6.
If he is losing, he would tell you he is winning and he would tell his supporters not to believe what they see with their own eyes and hear with their own ears but what he tells them.
The election could not possibly end in 49 states to 1 like it did for Ronald Reagan versus Jimmy Carter in 1980.
Such an outcome which I expect and which I now predict would still be considered a landslide for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz given where America is today.
The Democrats have managed to turn what could have been a tearful Funeral into a joyful Wedding and Carnival Celebration thru the singular patriotism of one man, the great Joseph Robinnet Biden of the Commonwealth of Delaware who decided to put the interest of the nation above his own personal interest by agreeing to drop out of the race at the nick of time to nominate his Vice President to replace him.
That is something Donald Trump arguably the worst President of America could never have done.
Kamala Harris with her acceptance speech yesterday had found the language that made her the right candidate for the moment in 5 amazing words “ Kamala Harris For The People” regardless of party affiliation, race or religion.
It was a virtuoso performance. I can guarantee you that the Convention is going to be a template for the Conventions of the future.
Democrats coming out of the Chicago Convention now feel, and rightly so, that they have the winds at their back to defeat in November the convicted felon and the Coup plotter who in many profound ways have proved himself to be the closest reincarnation of Adolf Hitler who should be stopped by all means from ever again getting anywhere near the corridor of power in the greatest country on Earth and the Leader of the Free World.
Kamala has managed to reassure the nation that their journey is her journey and that the attempt by Donald Trump to stigmatize and demonize her as a Communist was a cheap shot that would not stick because she is comfortable in her own skin and in being Presidential.
Donald Trump has lied again and committed Heresy by calling Kamala a Communist, a label that cannot stick when he himself had, in the past and up till now, praised and congratulated Communists like Vladimir Putin Putin, Kim Jung Un and President Xi and claiming that he wants to emulate them by becoming a Dictator from Day One
The great Rev Al Sharpton has accurately and eloquently said captured the spirit of the Convention when he said that “if the people stick together, pray together and vote together all day and all night on November 5, joy will surely come in the morning.
Special thanks must go to the many Crossovers from the Republicans who have broken away from Donald Trump and his MAGA irredentists to openly and courageously endorse Kamala Harris.
Watch out for Donald Trump to come out this morning to start telling us that the Convention was a total failure because he knows no other way to do business and that he is still leading in the Polls which is a big lie.
