Tottenham have reached an agreement with Burnley over a deal to sign winger Wilson Odobert.
The 19-year-old has verbally agreed a five-year deal to run until 2029 and will take the number 28 shirt in north London.
Odobert joined Burnley from Troyes in 2023 and made 32 appearances in all competitions last term, scoring four times.
However, the Clarets were always going to struggle to keep Odobert following their relegation to the Championship.
Odobert, a France U21 international, made two appearances for his country at the 2024 Olympics on home turf as Thierry Henry’s side lost to Spain in the final.
Spurs have signed Archie Gray, Dominic Solanke and Min-hyeok Yang so far this summer, while Lucas Bergvall has joined after an agreement was reached in January.
Ange Postecoglou’s side open their Premier League campaign against Leicester City on Saturday.
Solanke is expected to be handed his debut for the club.
