The Supreme Court’s Immunity Judgment was an affirmation of why Joe Biden must remain on the ticket and why he would be elected.
I am persuaded he would clearly win in November in part because of this ruling and what happens after Donald Trump is formally sentenced on July 11th and other developments yet to be seen.
Since the Law takes effect right away, that means Joe Biden as President till January 20, 2025 will be immuned from prosecution if he decides to openly or clandestinely assassinate his political rivals.
We know that Joe Biden is not the type of President who will be inclined to do that but not Donald Trump who has actually staged a Coup before and he is promising to do it again with violence and bloodbath, if he is not re-elected.
That Presidents are only immune for official acts only but the way the 6to 3 ruling is worded or crafted does not pass the smell test. It clearly shows that the ruling and the delay in making it official is totally suspect.
If staging a Coup and if assassination of political rivals and taking Bribery as a “Quid pro quo” or stealing Nuclear Documents and Secrets or lying under oath, or encouraging your staff to lie on your behalf and to ignore sub poena summons by Congress, are now considered Presidential Acts, what the 6 Republican- leaning Judges have ruled today is that any American President from now forward is immune from prosecution for any crimes committed while in office just to cover up for Trump is a travesty in my opinion.
So if American voters elect Donald Trump in November, the Supreme Court is saying he can practically do anything he wants by going on Retribution Spree to kill or victimize all of his political enemies without any pushback by the Law or the Constitution.
It was therefore a terrible ruling in that context in my judgment.
I cannot think of any voters in their right senses or independent voters and members of the other major Party in America who will, in good conscience ever vote for Donald Trump who has told the nation what he is going to do, if he wins.
The Supreme Court as at present constituted with 3 of the 9 Judges appointed by Trump to give the Republican an absolute majority of 6 to 3 Judges has conclusively proved that it does not exist to do justice but to carry out the biddings of Donald Trump like we have all suspected and predicted.
The Ruling at the minimum is lacking in clarity and very confusing to say the least. That ought not to be, if the 6 consenting Judges are not out to do mischief.
It is astounding that the ruling is the best they are able to offer after such a long delay. Americans should be amazed and disappointed that this ruling is the best the highest Court in the land can offer.
The ball is now in the Court of the voters to appreciate and understand that Donald Trump and his Republican-dominated Supreme Court are determined to to end Democracy and to replace it with Autocracy and Dictatorship.
The binary choice is for the voters to now decide who they want to vote for between Joe Biden who wants to save Democracy or Donald Trump who wants to end Democracy if he were elected.
The only way to check the excesses of Donald Trump and his Supreme Court is to massively reject Donald Trump at the Polls and to handover the majority to the Democrats both in Congress and in the Senate in November.
America is really headed for Disaster in November if Donald Trump is elected
The only way out for the country is to vote out Donald Trump and his gang of Coup plotters and assassins who have told us what they are planning to do.
There would be more to say as we go forward and as the voters process and assimilate the full ramifications of the Ruling the US Supreme Court has just handed down today purely on partisan basis.
