Job description: Civil Works Engineer (RE) – Nigeria – Hydro (Powerhouse)For ongoing Powerhouse rehabilitation project in Nigeria, our client is seeking Resident Civil Works Engineer. Our client is leading the JV responsible for the Powerhouse and Civil Works Rehabilitation, with main focus on Concrete Powerhouse.Role: Working closely with Client and the Employer to progress construction activities. Additionally, to provide technical assistance to the construction and in particular to the construction teams for employers client.Experience Required: Civil Engineering Degree with extensive construction experience of Dams and Hydropower mega projects, in particular Concrete and Powerhouse.Start Date: ASAPLocation: NigeriaSalary Package and Rotation:
- Salary: range of USD 8’000 – 9’000 + USD 35 per day spent on site
- Fluent in English
- Contract Duration: 12 to 18 months
- 11 weeks on site 3 weeks off
- Accommodation, lodging and meals paid by employer
