- The ideal candidate must demonstrate vast experience and competency in digital content writing and web/social media management.
- A minimum of 7 years corporate industry experience, preferably within the Human Resource Consultancy industry is required for this role.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand development strategies to enhance brand awareness, equity, and loyalty.
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing communication plans across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Create compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, websites, social media channels, and other communication outlets.
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and values.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and communication efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in brand development, communication, and digital marketing.
Qualification / Requirements
- Advanced Degree in Marketing, Corporate Branding & Communication or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of post qualification work experience in corporate branding, communications and marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of digital content creation and marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with branding, digital marketing, website management, UI/UX design interface, digital content development, social media analytics.
- Exceptional writing skills with a strong command of grammar, syntax, and style.
- Ability to create compelling, concise, and engaging content across various formats and channels.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques to optimize content for search engines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- In-depth working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Previous experience working in a HR Consulting or Human Capacity Development Company would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Banking, Real Estate, FMCG, Fintech, Telecoms, and Information Management industries is desirable
