Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full timeResponsibilities

• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
• Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• We are responding promptly to queries.
• Process forms, orders, requests, and applications.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure to attend to client queries and report daily input of queries
• We are communicating with clients through various channels.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Resolving complaints.
• Respond to client calls and reply immediately with query feedback notes
• Do follow up with clients, and consultation.

Minimium Educational Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc / M.Sc Degrees with relevant work experience.
