The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Office Management:– Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.– Manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure their availability.– Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings.2. Administrative Support:– Provide general administrative support to team members and management.– Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them as necessary.– Draft and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.3. Calendar Management:– Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.– Maintain and update team members’ calendars.4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:– Accurately input and maintain data in various systems.– Assist in record-keeping and filing of documents.5. Communication:– Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.– Assist in preparing internal and external communications.Qualifications:– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
