- We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office and be a trusted confidante, managing their schedule, communications, and projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively manage their workload.
- Organize and maintain the CEO’s filing system, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Oversee office logistics and ensure a smooth workflow for the CEO and executive team.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings.
- Draft correspondence, emails, and reports for the CEO.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritizing and directing them appropriately.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO’s strategic decision-making.
- Manage the CEO’s expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Stay informed about industry trends and news relevant to the CEO.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with scheduling software and travel arrangements a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury furniture industry (highly preferred).
- Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
