  • We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office and be a trusted confidante, managing their schedule, communications, and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively manage their workload.
  • Organize and maintain the CEO’s filing system, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Oversee office logistics and ensure a smooth workflow for the CEO and executive team.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings.
  • Draft correspondence, emails, and reports for the CEO.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritizing and directing them appropriately.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO’s strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the CEO’s expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and news relevant to the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience with scheduling software and travel arrangements a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury furniture industry (highly preferred).
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
