As we continue to expand our presence in Nigeria, we are seeking a talented and experienced Office Secretary and Admin to join our team in Lagos.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Office Secretary and Admin to manage the front desk, provide administrative support, and assist the members of our office. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both the native language and English, possess a bachelor’s degree, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and overseeing administrative and operational matters.
  • Providing excellent customer service at the reception and administrative support to departments, as required and requested.
  • Answering telephone calls from customers and clients and direct them to relevant staff.
  • Managing all transport and travel arrangements, booking flights and making hotel reservations.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials.
  • Maintaining proper and accurate records/inventory of office supplies, distribution and office materials
  • Organizing office operations and procedures·
  • Performing other duties as assigned from time to time and supporting special projects when required.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant (1-2 years experience)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both the native language and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
