This role is pivotal in driving the successful adoption and optimization of Workday HR systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency in Workday, strategic project management skills, and a deep understanding of change management principles to ensure seamless transitions and enhanced organizational performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR Workday implementation projects for our clients, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their HR processes and requirements, customizing Workday solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of Workday systems, addressing potential resistance and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct needs assessments, design and deliver Workday training programs, and provide ongoing support to maximize system utilization and satisfaction.
- Serve as a primary consultant, offering expert guidance on HR technology best practices, process improvement, and strategic utilization of Workday functionalities.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field with a minimum of second class upper degree/upper credit.
- Have minimum of a credit in five (5) O ’levels subjects including Mathematics and English in one sitting only.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR system implementations, with a strong preference for candidates with Workday certification or extensive Workday project experience.
- Proven track record in leading change management initiatives, with formal change management qualifications (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) being an advantage.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights.
