Job description: Job Description:Demonstrates visible leadership and role modeling in Health & Safety (H&S) and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). More specifically, promoting H&S and D&I actions/behaviors within the function will be key, as well as fostering their integration in all programs, activities and documents developed by the department.The role is responsible for managing Pricing & Margin related commercial performance related processes with effective use of data and market intelligence & insights (i.e. retail prices, volumes, demand & supply, regional & product trends, etc.) The scope includes tracking, reporting & proposing price changes to the pricing committee & implementation in conjunction with Sales Director, Sales Performance Manager & Commercial Controller.The position reports to the Marketing Director (& the Pricing Committee).Requirements

• Master’s degree in quantitative field (business, finance, economics, statistics, marketing). MBA preferable.
• 8-10 years’ experience in Market insight, consumer research & analytics in established companies in building material, FMCG, Telecom, service or other sectors, dealing with large number of consumers.

• Proven experience & successful track record of projects in market research & consequent development of new products or innovative solutions.

• In depth knowledge of market research methodologies.

• Marketing / Business Development management: development and execution of marketing strategies and plans

• Channel management: development and management of distribution networks

• Marketing research: gathering, recording and analyzing data relating to marketing processes

• Proven project management skills.

• A High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills) is essential
