1.) IT Project Coordinator
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Project Team Lead and team members in developing project plans and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of IT projects.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Assist in maintaining project-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed about project status, milestones, and risks.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders under the guidance of the Project Team Lead.
Task Tracking and Documentation:
- Support in tracking project tasks and milestones using project management tools.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Resource Allocation:
- Work closely with the Project Team Lead in resource planning and allocation, ensuring team members have the necessary tools and information for project success.
Risk Management:
- Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to the Project Team Lead.
- Contribute to discussions on mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Quality Assurance:
- Support the implementation of quality assurance processes under the guidance of the Project Team Lead.
- Collaborate with QA teams to assist in quality reviews and testing as needed.
IT Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users, escalating complex issues to senior team members.
- Collaborate with IT teams to assist in the resolution of support tickets and contribute to the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and services.
Project Support:
- Assist project teams with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing project communication channels.
- Learn from and support the Project Team Lead in the execution of project plans.
Reporting:
- Contribute to the generation of project status reports for senior management under the guidance of the Project Team Lead.
- Provide updates on key metrics, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 – 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to learn and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge or coursework in IT processes, systems, and technologies is a plus.

2.) Driver
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Report promptly for assignments when called upon
- To pick or drop person(s) as directed by your superiors
- To keep and maintain a proper record of the vehicle assigned to you; this includes the mileage, fuel consumption, etc
- To courteous to all persons you encounter in the course of your duty: your passengers who for the purpose of your duty are your colleagues, pick-up guests, etc.
- Ensure the vehicle assigned to you is in good working order
- To see to it that vehicle is taken for repairs/maintenance when due or necessary
- To report immediately any accident in which you may be involved.
- Any contravention by constituted authority; such as police, LASTMAN, or Federal Road Safety must be reported immediately
- To ensure that you are properly groomed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or BSc Degree with 3 – 5 years of experience
- Age Requirement: 38 years of age maximum.

Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation – Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients according to recipes.
- Follow established recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Kitchen Cleanliness – Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, including countertops, cutting boards, and cooking surfaces.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling practices are followed.
- Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations – Adhere to all health and safety standards, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Follow guidelines for personal hygiene and maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
- Team Collaboration – Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to create a positive and efficient working environment.
- Stock Management – Assist in monitoring and maintaining kitchen inventory, notifying supervisors when supplies are low.
- Unload and store deliveries in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
- Assistance During Service – Provide support during peak hours by assisting chefs with basic food preparation and assembly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure a seamless workflow.
- Adaptability – Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed, such as assisting with kitchen maintenance or special projects.
