Job Position: Customer Service Executive

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Processing forms, applications and requests.
- Cross-selling the company-related projects and services
- Keeping updated records of customer information, interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
