As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team and ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management: – Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment. – Manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure their availability. – Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings.
2. Administrative Support: – Provide general administrative support to team members and management. – Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them as necessary. – Draft and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
3. Calendar Management: – Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. – Maintain and update team members’ calendars.
4. Data Entry and Record Keeping: – Accurately input and maintain data in various systems. – Assist in record-keeping and filing of documents.
5. Communication: – Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. – Assist in preparing internal and external communications
Requirements
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Education and Experience:
– High school diploma required; additional certification or degree in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
– Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
