We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team.
Note : Work Location is Nigeria with Bachelor Status for first year
Salary : Payable in USD & tax free in India
Responsibilities:
– Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), financial trends, and variances.
– Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
– Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights on business performance.
– Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and present findings to senior management.
– Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
– Assist in the development of financial budgets and forecasts.
– Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
– Participate in financial audits and provide support during the audit process.
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
– Proven experience as a Financial Analyst
– Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques and financial modeling.
– Proficiency in MS Excel.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
– Professional certification such as CA/CPA is a plus.
