Our client, an operational non-profit organization with a mission to strengthen child protection and prevent child sexual abuse is seeking to employ a Programms Administrator in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the coordination of all team members working within or from Abuja while also being responsible for managing all aspects of running the Centre to ensure all clients and non-offending families are supported with legal,psychosocial, medical and referral services.This role will provide leadership and coordination in Abuja and report directly to the CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that effective systems are in place for workload allocation and management, the application of our clients’ procedures, policies, strategies, and objectives, including those relating to equality, supervision and appraisal and all aspects of their performance, personal development, health and welfare.
- Coordinate the Case Management Team to ensure that they support children (abused) and their non-offending families in line with the case management plan.
- Manage the case management software for the Abuja team.
- Ensure ongoing implementation of the organization’s policies and strategic plans for your team.
- Responsible for the seamless operation of the Centre
- Hire, train, and manage a team of assistants and volunteers when needed.
- Checkmate the efficient use of the Foundation’s properties and office supplies. Supervise the reordering process when necessary.
- Support and retain existing relationships with partners and build new relationships that will be beneficial to the organization
- Provide strategic guidance to the programs department while contributing to program context and needs.
- Monitor program activities regularly and conduct an annual evaluation according to the program evaluation framework.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years experience as an Operations/Administrative Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of industry laws.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and time-management skills are highly required.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
