Our client is a boutique luxury serviced apartment situated in Lekki, Lagos Nigeria that offers fully furnished apartments for long letting and lease.

The Company is looking to hire a hands-on and experienced Facility/Property Manager to manage its block of 16 units furnished serviced apartments in Lekki, Lagos and must have practical knowledge of reading a check meter to estimate energy consummation and provide a standard report to all stakeholders as at when due.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Manage all aspects of Operations – Property management of the Apartments, Regular update of the Property Register, Identifying and Resolving all shortfalls and documenting them with full resolutions)

§ Aesthetics and Optimal Cleanliness of the compound and surroundings ensuring optimal hygiene and Housekeeping, identifying mosquito infestations of the surroundings, and addressing need for prompt fumigation to ensure 100% residents’ satisfaction.

§ Manage the aesthetics of the surroundings of the generating sets observing diesel levels and monitoring records to ensure that all readings are correctly recorded and tally with other readings recorded for validation as well as time of power supplies recorded in the different journals kept by the manager and the Halogen guards detailed to perform these tasks.

§ Powering, Metering, and consumption Duties- Priority duties for the Manager- The sensitivities of this section must be observed and attended to with utmost care and diligence. The appropriate skills demand must not be compromised. All readings must be taken by the designated staff with care and at the appropriate times. Residents that indicate interest in accompanying designated staff to take their apartment’s readings should not be discouraged. This boosts residents’ trusts in our system.

§ Management of the Water treatment Plant and regular Back washing and chlorination of the system

§ Regular Treatment of the swimming pool and close monitoring of the use of the pool by residents only

§ Regular management of the Gym and oversight functions of the equipment especially for record keeping and maintenance purposes.

§ Ability to meet agreed set targets

§ Ability to mobilize subordinates towards realizing their set objectives.

§ Ability to successfully draw up and implement marketing plan.

§ Cost savings arising from redefined processes and reduced TAT.

§ Responsiveness to assignments by Managing Director

§ Accuracy and timeliness of management reports

§ Customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

§ B.Sc or Higher National Diploma in any discipline

§ 3+ years relevant experience in Facility and Property management

§ Diploma in Hospitality Management is an added advantage

§ Experience in Power generation and consumption estimation with Check Metering.

§ Knowledge of Facility and Property Management processes.

Benefits

Compensation: Pay ranges BTW N150k to N250k monthly
