Job Position: Sales and Customer Executive
Job Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Hours Of Work: Monday – Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm WAT.
Description
- We seek to hire a Sales and Customer Executive with online sales experience. The Sales Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing the company’s overall sales strategy
Responsibilities
- Respond to customers enquiries via phone calls, email or across our social media platform
- Recommend products to customers, take orders and track order status.
- Grow and maintain company’s customers/partners base
- Building and maintain group community
- Package orders for delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Develop strong understanding of our products and services
- Building a strong relationship between the company and the customers/partners
