Our client is one of the leading Pension Fund Administrators in Nigeria.

Job Summary: The Company is seeking to hire a highly experienced HR Manager with a strong talent management background to manage the organization’s critical resource – People to align with its culture and values in meeting its objectives and goals. This role will involve nurturing the unique organizational culture, optimizing the team’s performance, and bolstering the workforce effectiveness.

The ideal candidate for this role must possess the Charisma and zeal to influence people and leaders to align HR initiatives with the business goals, foster employee development, and contribute significantly to the company’s growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters

§ Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures

§ Recommend strategies to motivate employees

§ Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts

§ Investigate complaints brought forward by employees

§ Coordinate employee development plans and performance management

§ Perform orientations and update records of new staff

§ Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports

§ Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

§ Assist with budget monitoring and payroll management

Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Requirements

First degree in Human Resources Management/Social Sciences or a related field would be a significant asset.

Possession of recognized HR certifications is highly desirable.

3-5 years of working experience will be desired.

Experience in managing organizational change initiatives, particularly related to HR processes and culture transformation.

Proficiency in multiple languages, especially in the context of a diverse workforce, would be advantageous.

Strong data analytics skills with the ability to leverage HR analytics tools and methodologies for strategic decision-making.

Familiarity with HR software and technology platforms for recruitment, performance management, and data analysis.

Prior involvement in community engagement or corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Benefits

Base Pay ranges from N4m – N5m per annum + Other Benefits
