Job description: A Forex company, specializing in lead generation, sales, and customer support, is looking for a vibrant, eager, and focused on the result Conversion (Sales) and Retention Agent with B2C experience, who will be responsible particularly for developing a portfolio of clients and maintaining the relationships with them for our offices in Lagos Nigeria.

Experience in Sales/Conversion

• Develop a strategic account and portfolio plans to work with the assigned team.
• Build solid relationships and trust with clients and improve business over the phone.
• Bring sales experience along with industry insights.
• To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients.

Experience in Retention

• First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Appropriate Experience – At least one (1) year experience in a similar position in a forex brokerage/Investment Firm.
• Have sufficient understanding how financial markets function.
• Demonstrate ongoing in-depth knowledge of the financial markets, both technically and fundamentally.
• Maintain focus through change and thrive in difficult situations.
• Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure and building ongoing relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Very good attitude.
