Job Position: Business Development Officer

Description

  • As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our phone sales and repair business.
  • This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to develop insights and strategies for business growth.

New Business Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue and market share.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve products and services.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of work experience.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the phone sales and repair industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
