Our client is a reputable technology company that specializes in building technology-based solutions for both private and public institutions in Nigeria. A few of their prominent solutions include parking management, payment and ticketing services, general IT solutions, and infrastructure building and management.
The Company is seeking to hire an experienced operations manager who will oversee the company’s organizational processes and operations to ensure maximum productivity and quality are achieved.
This role will involve increasing the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity and also, formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material, and resources, and securing compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives to ensure the organizational goal is achieved.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Examine financial data and use them to improve the profitability of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
- Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
- Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight
- Strong IT skills, including database development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits
Base Pay ranges BTW N200,000.00 – N250,000.00 monthly net + other interesting benefits
