As the Saudis splashed the cash on players over the summer, attention turned to Salah late in the transfer window.
Huge bids were made for the Egyptian, with Al-Ittihad seeing an offer of £150m turned down by the Reds in September.
Interest is not expected to disappear, with Saudi clubs likely to come back in for Salah in January or next summer, and Emenalo has done little to quell that speculation.
‘Mo is welcome at any time, but no one is pressured or forced to come,’ said the former Chelsea coach and scout.
‘If anyone wants to come here and there is an opportunity to work with the transferring club in a very respectful and professional manner, we would be very happy to have them.
‘But Mo is a personal favorite of mine.’
Salah’s future dominated headlines late in the Premier League transfer window but Liverpool held firm and rejected the huge bids.
Asked if he was concerned about more approaches in January, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp said: ‘You are kidding me, yeah?
‘A week after we close the transfer window, you ask about the January transfer window?
‘Obviously, you can’t wait until December to ask these questions. We will see what happens. Until then, I’m not worried in this moment.
‘I didn’t even think about it until you opened that wound again. No, I’m not worried.’
