Job Position: Quality Assurance Auditor
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Ensure the collection, analysis, trending, and reporting of Quality measurements to provide accurate and timely data to customers and management.
- Guarantee that products adhere to specified quality standards.
- Communicate Shift Quality information to stakeholders within agreed timelines.
- Maintain completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of report data and documentation consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigative studies to enhance production processes.
- Participate in knowledge and process review sessions organized by Team Leaders or supervisors.
- Provide guidance to factory workers on implementing quality best practices.
- Ensure 100% compliance with work instructions, procedures, and product specifications.
- Identify personal training needs to improve work quality and effectiveness.
- Adhere to laboratory working standards.
- Communicate shift quality information promptly to team members within the Quality department and the entire plant crew.
- Minimize waste and nonconformance by engaging with and providing continuous feedback to shop floor personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Science Field with Chemistry, Mathematics or Statistics as a major study area
- Has knowledge required to do assigned audits and tasks within functional area
- Functional knowledge of quality analysis tools (Pareto, Excel, Fishbone diagram, UPS, 5 whys and SPC tool.
- Good organisational skills.
- May have advanced specialty education and training, and / or on-the-job experience.
