Job Overview:
Our Client, a fin-tech company, is looking to hire a Cash Officer.
Job Description:
Accept payments, ensure all prices are accurate, and provide a receipt for every transaction.
Recording transactions and preparing transaction reports.
Verify cash and notes before processing transactions.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including security measures to protect against theft and fraud.
Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts, prepare daily transaction reports, and report any discrepancies.
Counting of cash before deposit or shipment to the bank.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
Requirements
B.Sc /HND in accounting, finance, or related field.
Minimum of 6 months- 1 year experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail.
Possess high emotional intelligence.
Good math skills.
Integrity and honesty in handling cash and sensitive financial information.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Customer satisfaction-oriented.
