Job Vacancy: Job title: Cluster Executive Chef – nigeria
Job description: For two of the largest luxury 5* properties in Nigeria. Seeking a dynamic Cluster Executive Chef to lead the culinary departments of 2 properties and take the overall culinary product to new heights of excellence, whilst overseeing over 120 staff, this role will oversee 9 F&B outlets and large banqueting for over 2,500 guests, reporting to the group General Manager. Essential requirements:-
- Formal qualifications – City and Guilds or equivalent
- Must have a solid cheffing background in recognised international Brand 5* hotels – Hilton, Hyatt, Radisson etc
- Currently holding a similar position as Cluster Exec Chef for multi hotels (minimum 2) and over 400 rooms
- Or working as Executive Chef in a large property with over 400 rooms plus multi F&B outlets and large banqueting operations for upto 2000 guests.
- Prior Sub Saharan African experience essential
- Outstanding logistic skills
- A solid all round culinary professional with very good banqueting skills
- Stable track record
- Fluent in English
- Maximum age of 50
