Job description: An international 5* brand hotel seeks an experienced Chinese cuisine chef to manage the kitchen of a busy outlet, Essential requirements:-
- Formal qualifications – City and Guilds or equivalent
- Must have a solid cheffing background in recognised international Brand 5* hotels or well known group restaurants
- Strong cheffing background in South East Asian cuisine
- Prior Sub Saharan African experience an advantage
- Used to working in hardship or remote locations
- Stable track record
- Fluent in English
- Maximum age of 50
- chinese or Taiwanese nationals only will be considered
