Chelsea star Marc Cucurella is keen to leave the club in the January transfer window after his failed move to Manchester United, according to reports.

Cucurella was strongly linked with a loan move to Old Trafford this summer as the Red Devils looked to bring in a temporary left-back following Luke Shaw’s injury.
But that move eventually fell through for a number of reasons as United ended up signing Sergio Reguilon on loan from Tottenham instead.
Cucurella joined Chelsea in a £62m deal from Brighton last summer but the Spaniard has endured a tough spell Stamford Bridge.
He has not played a single minute of Premier League football under new head coach Mauricio Pochettino and his only appearance so far this term came in the 2-1 Carabao Cup win over AFC Wimbledon.
According to The Sun, Cucurella is now keen to depart when the transfer window reopens in January after being left ‘gutted’ over his failed move to United.
They claim that Cucurella could move back to Spain with Real Madrid thought to be ‘quietly monitoring his situation’ ahead of a potential loan switch.
Cucurella has made 34 appearances for Chelsea to date and is under contract until 2028.
He was the the fifth signing of the Todd Boehly era, with Chelsea’s American owners having now spent over £1 billion on transfers.
Chelsea’s huge spending has not resulted in success on the pitch, though, with the Blues suffering a poor 12th-placed Premier League finish last term before a rough start to the current campaign, with one win from their opening six games.
