Popular Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson-Okojie, has expressed surprise after discovering that her wedding gown still fits her perfectly, even after twelve years of marriage.
In a Facebook video she shared, the 39-year-old actress, who is married to politician Prince Odianosen Okojie, wore her wedding dress and expressed her amazement that it still fits her.
According to the mother of four, she decided to wear her old wedding dress because her children had been wondering what she looked like on her wedding day. To satisfy their curiosity, she decided to show them the dress.
Surprisingly, both of the dresses she wore when she walked down the aisle in 2011 still fits her figure, despite having given birth to four children.
She also asked other mothers if their wedding dress still fits them.
Speaking in the video, she said,
“So my kids have always wondered how I looked in a wedding dress.
I mean I imagine their thinking, ‘How did mommy look twelve years ago.
Well, this is me. Plus my wedding gowns still fit, both of them.
So mom’s, how many of your wedding gowns still fit? I’m shocked, mine still fits”
