We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Real Estate Sales Manager
Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Delta, Enugu & Imo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent Unit Managers.
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 20 sales executives.
- Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plans required to build brand visibility to ensure the Agency achieves its set target.
- Ensure monthly targets for the team is met and exceeded.
- Make sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Real Estate or Insurance sector.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in either of the above mentioned sectors.

Job Description
- Responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department or assigned unit including hiring and training employees
- Providing leadership,coaching, counselling, motivation to team members in order to assist them meet their sales objectives
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilisation of resources
- Ensuring that all company policies, rules and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary
- To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate / marketing
- Posses strong negotiating and transactional skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and decision making.
