Job Details
What you will be doing:
- Greet, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
- Take records of enquiries and complaints from customers and communicate same to the appropriate department for handling.
- receive correspondences and distributes same to the appropriate offices.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Raise and prints order requests from customers.
- Answer phones enquiries and resolve phone complaints through giving appropriate directions/guide.
- communicate effectively with all departments in through information passage.
- Proudly promote the company while looking for opportunities to enhance visitors experience.
