The game will kick-off today (Wednesday, August 16) at 11am BST.
Stadium Australia, which hosted the Lionesses’ quarter-final win on Saturday, will once again be the venue for the European champions.
The winner will play Spain, who beat Sweden 2-1 in the first semi-final, in the final on Sunday.

There are no fresh injury concerns for Wiegman following on from Saturday’s triumph.
Ella Toone, who came in for the suspended Lauren James against the Colombians, is likely to retain her place in the starting XI.
James, who was handed a two match ban by FIFA for her stamp on Nigeria’s Michelle Alozie in the Round of 16, will once again be absent in Sydney.
The Chelsea striker will be able to play in either the World Cup final or Sunday or the third-place play-off game on Saturday.
Australian sensation Sam Kerr, meanwhile, will be desperate to start her first game of the tournament having come on during the quarter-final clash with France.
The Chelsea star picked up a calf injury in training on the eve of the tournament which has limited her game time so far at her home World Cup.

England currently lead the head-to-head record 2-1, whilst the sides have also played out one draw.
The Matildas, however, are the only team to have beaten England since Wiegman took charge in September 2021 – a 2-0 friendly defeat at Brentford back in April.
