Job description: A 5* corporate hotel with over 400 rooms seeks an experienced Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing meeting the following essential requirements:-

• Degree or diploma related to position
• Must have prior 4/5* corporate hotel sales & marketing experience in 5* market
• Minimum 4 Years experience as DOSM in the 4/5* corporate hotel market
• Must have working experience in Africa
• Fluent in English – excellent communicator
• Professional presentations skills
• Innovative thinker that will challenge business processes and concepts to drive results.
• Comfortable in cold calling
• Solid sales, marketing, and revenue background in the luxury hotel market
• Must be creative and strategic in developing marketing/advertising campaigns and be managing various social media platforms
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be proficient with computers as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and the internet
• Comfortable working with Opera PMS
