Rivers United have turned down an offer from Tanzanian club Azam FC for goalkeeper Victor Sochima, Newspot reports.
Azam FC reportedly expressed strong interest in the shot-stopper and had offered $50,000 for the Nigeria international, which was promptly rejected by Rivers United.
Sochima has established himself as the Port Harcourt club’s first choice since his arrival in 2021.
He won the Nigeria Professional Football League title in his first season at the club.
