Popular Nigerian chef, Hilda Effiong Bassey, better known as Hilda Baci, has shocked netizens as she shared the recipe of a soup made with N60K fish.
On her TikTok page, the renowned culinary expert demonstrated how to prepare a barracuda fish soup using additional proteins such as shrimp and snails, providing a step-by-step guide.
Hilda Baci caught the attention of many when she revealed that the cost of the fish was a whopping N60k.
“We call this fish soup at home. Some call it fisherman soup and they are so many recipes to this. I just thought to share one of mine with you. Was it helpful? Will you try it?” she wrote while sharing the video.
