CAF Champions League: Nduka confident ahead of Medeama tie

Remo Stars captain, Junior Nduka is confident his side will progress beyond the first round in the CAF Champions League.

Remo Stars will take on Medeama SC of Ghana in the first leg.

Nduka admitted that the Sky Blue Stars have learnt their lesson following their early exit in the CAF Confederation Cup last season.

He assured that the team have the required players to deliver against the Ghanaian champions.

“We’ve learnt from our last early exit on the continent,” he told Remo Stars Media.

“We know they’re champions in Ghana but we are also champions in our own right.

“We will definitely play our best football over two legs.”
