Job Description

- As a Real Estate Marketer, you will play a crucial role in assisting buyers and sellers throughout the entire process, from property listings to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out and develop relationships with potential clients, including property buyers and investors.
- Provide professional guidance and advice to clients regarding real estate transactions, pricing, and market conditions.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and marketing activities to attract potential buyers.
- Conduct property inspections.
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, and other relevant documents.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- An HND / B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market dynamics, pricing trends, and relevant legal regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms for listing and marketing properties.
