Big Brother Naija star, Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, caused a stir after seemingly revealing why she’s not on the ‘All Stars’ edition of the show that premiered on Sunday.
The highly-anticipated BBNaija All Stars, featuring stars from previous editions, premiered on Sunday night, July 23.
Among the returning housemates are Pepper Dem winner, Mercy Eke, Shine Ya Eye winner, Whitemoney, Pere, CeeC, Kiddwaya, to mention but a few.
After the housemates were unveiled, a number of fans of reality TV star, Tacha, took to social media to express their wish to have their favorite on the show.
Media personality, Toke Makinwa, also asked on Twitter, “Who do you think should have been added to the all-stars lineup? What are your thoughts? #BBNaijaAllStars.”
Replying to Toke Makinwa’s question, former housemate, Mike Edwards, mentioned Tacha.
However, responding to Mike Edwards’ comment, Tacha disclosed why she’s not on the show, stating, “Dem no wan pay money nau! Price went up.”
Some social media users, however, speculate that her absence from the BBNaija All Stars might be due to her disqualification during her season.
An Instagram user @sokoofficial humorously wrote, “Rusticated students aren’t invited to Alma Mater meetings.”
“Maybe they don’t add disqualified housemates. As you shout ‘no leave no transfer,’ dem transfer you,”> another user added.
